The thrid straight year of Halloween fun at Neel Veterinary Hospital's Doggie Trick or Treat was a little chili but exciting. A record crowd brought their "kids" in costume where they could trick or treat in NeelVet's Enchanted Forrest while their parents sipped hot chocolate, ate hot dogs and participated in the non-profit raffle that benefits OKC's
