5 Easy ways to pay.We know that everyone has a budget and we believe that quality health care for your pet should not be compromised due to cost.
We offer five different ways to pay for your pets' health care including Cash, Credit Card, Personal Check, PayPal, and no interest financing with approved CareCredit accounts.

Payment Policies

All payments are due at time of service.
Check Policy
Please endorse checks to "Neel Veterinary Hospital". A valid photo ID is required. We accept personal checks only; business and temporary checks will be refused. We do not hold checks, so please do not post date your check. If you would like to extend payment, you must apply for CareCredit. In the event that a check is returned, you will be assessed a Returned-Check Fee of $30. All non-payable checks will be prosecuted by the District Attorney's Office.
Credit Card Policy
We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The card hold must be present to process any Credit Card Payments. However, we do not accept Credit Cards by phone. If you cannot be at the hospital with your card, you will need to go to our Online Payments page where you can make a payment to your account using your Credit Card.
CareCredit Policy
CareCredit grants qualified individuals a line of credit for medical use only. CareCredit is accepted by many animal and human health care providers. Additionally, promotional rates are offered, including no interest for up to one year and reduced rates for 24-36 months. Ask your receptionist for details on current promotions. A receptionist will also assist you in completing the free application which may include a co-signer if needed. If your application is not accepted, you may re-apply with a co-signer. All CareCredit applications must be accompanied by each applicant's signature and a valid Driver's License. A processing fee of 10% will be applied to all CareCredit purchases.
PayPal Policy
Payment may be made online using PayPal. Please arrange this with your receptionist and go to to complete payment.
Deposit Policy
We require that all hospitalized cases be accompanied by a deposit of 50% - 100% of the Veterinarian's estimate. All first-time clients must make payment in full at the inception of any boarding services.
