Jeff Hicks, D.V.M.
Dr. Hicks graduated from the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. He first worked in a predominately large animal clinic in Southeastern Oklahoma.
Dr. Hicks holds a fourth degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is also a student of Jujitsu and Kali. He spends much of his spare time to teaching Tae Kwon Do and self defense classes to children and adults alike. He loves taking his daughter to swim meets and enjoys gardening, fishing, good friends, and loud music. He is a self proclaimed "die hard fan of Oklahoma State University sports". Dr. Hicks enjoys cruising on his motorcycle as well.

Professionally, Dr. Hicks has donated his time and energy to the Central Oklahoma Veterinary Association. He has served three years on the Executive Committee and two years as the Executive Director of the COVMA whose duties included writing and publishing a monthly newsletter.
A 1986 graduate of Oklahoma State University, Dr. Hicks has enjoyed working with both large and small animals. Since 1997, he has devoted much of his career to small animal medicine and surgery. He has special interests in orthopedic and reconstructive surgery and as such has completed advanced training for orthopedic internal repairs and external fixators for bone related injuries. Dr. Hicks is an advocate of helping pets to live a pain free life, and his talents are certainly appreciated at Neel Veterinary Hospital.
